1. At many other STR conferences, suppliers can sometimes outnumber property managers. We believe this leads to too many unsolicited sales pitches and is not what true networking should be. At any SCALE Show, service providers are not permitted to purchase tickets so you know every attendee in the room are just like you – an ambitious STR professional.
2. Relevant education is at the heart of all SCALE Shows. The SCALE team curates content around topics chosen by attendees during registration meaning all presentations and panel discussions are more relevant to attendees.
3. Speakers are strictly not permitted to pitch services on stage meaning more engaging sessions.
4. We value and actively encourage diversity and inclusion in all forms, including our goal to achieve gender balance among all speakers.

The SCALE Show 2026 is a live in-person event only.
I bought a ticket but now I can't come. What is the refund policy?
In line with SCALE’s General Cancellation and Refund Policies, full refunds are permitted within 7 days of ticket purchase.
If you are unable to attend the conference, we encourage you to transfer your ticket to a colleague, as this is the sole responsibility of the original ticket holder. Please email [email protected] with change request.
